In addition to all the standard log statistics, Visitors is able to generate cool user pattern tracking -- which links users are likely to follow from which links.
Search engine and keyword analysis is extensive but often limited only to google.
Interesting command-line mode can generate text-based reports on the fly.
Freeware; licensing issues are unclear according to the README file that comes with the source code. A pre-built windows binary is available. Documentation is available online.
